Franck Muller launches Vanguard Skeleton Color Dreams 43mm see
This year, the psychedelic era returns to Franck Muller, injecting a rebellious energy into the label's newest silhouettes. Like our eponymous founder, we’re breaking the principles of watchmaking and demanding norms, reviving one of Franck Muller’s most daring models for WPHH 2022.

As an art extractor and a maker of great watches, Franck Muller's a couple of passions often collided wonderfully. This is how the first Color Aspirations watch was born. In 2050, we used the dial while our canvas and launched a rainbow display within the iconic oversized hour marker pens. Since then, color dreams have got entered every corner regarding Franck Muller's collections.
Over the past decade, the experimentation with the Color Desire concept has continued seeing that bold colored dials along with rainbow-inspired gem-set timepieces are becoming popular. The latest result of this specific lively design is the Vanguard Skeleton Color Dreams, which usually features a lightweight carbon fiber event matched to the lightweight FM 1740-VS movement.
The skeleton movement is created in a contemporary Franck Muller style and was developed from the outset as a skeleton observe. The movement’s satin-anodized aluminium bridges are fixed right to the inner case and are specifically machined to fit the curled case design. From the fantastic red barrel bridge for the marigold yellow small mere seconds counter at 6 o’clock, architectural inspiration blends together with vivid pops of shade on the electroplated movement parts.

Now available in 43mm CarboTech version
The newest V 43 case is incredibly lightweight and made from CarboTech, a synthetic material made of graphite that has been compressed by a high end polymer at 120 certifications for 9 hours. The first stripes on each watch were created through the compression of carbon fibre, so no two wrist watches have the same pattern. The case is very polished by hand and is certainly not polished on the outside.
The FM 1740-VS movements is designed with a large equilibrium wheel running at 20, 000vph and is powered simply by stacked twin barrels to offer up to 7 days of strength. The large movement determined the particular 45mm size of the first Vanguard Skeleton Color Dreams, actually housed in a sapphire ravenscroft case.
Today, the movement has been more adapted and housed inside a mid-sized 43mm carbon fiber Vanguard case, suitable for all arm sizes of women and guys. The ergonomic Vanguard scenario is designed to fit snugly across the wrist, and its soft, spherical edges enhance its sculptural features.
